The property management model is inspired by the long experience of the company promoters in building management and administration, including condominiums; our business activity is designed to increase real estate value with maximum attention to containing Operation Expenses (OPEX), offering the necessary transparency to the Owner and the Client, with respect for the needs of the property's end user.

Particularly in the most technologically advanced and innovative sectors (for example the energy sector), identifying Capital Expenses (CAPEX) is a primary objective in pursuing the appreciation of real property values.

Unicasa Italia distinguishes itself from its competitors in Italy due to its regional organization, which includes local peripheral units (Local Points).

The opening of Local Points, thus creating a presence throughout the region, is based on "internal development” (affiliation with property management professionals through franchising agreements) and "outside development" (cooperation/partnership/joint venture agreements with trade associations, real estate brokerage groups, hundreds of points of sale throughout Italy, and leading companies in the facility sector).

This regional development model makes it possible to quickly respond to our Client's needs throughout the country.

With its centralized provision of services, the Unicasa Italia model (both management and administrative) offers the Client a single direct contact, and service quality control procedures provided throughout the country.

Finally, by centralizing purchases for national services and products (from insurance and financial services to energy, certifications, and plant engineering), it is possible to maximize economies of scale, again with the goal of containing Operation Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenses (CAPEX).

Centralized provision of services, purchases and quality control for such is managed by special software "written" exclusively for Unicasa Italia Spa.
